  The item arrived with really great packaging and in a timely manner. The fabric was really pretty but the item itself fit weird and wasn't flattering on me. I had a very busy month and couldn't seem to get to the post office until after the strict 30 day return policy had expired. Since I was late, I used the online chat option to talk to a store help desk. The woman was super nice, and said that she could offer a one time courtesy of returning the item, I just had to pay for the shipping. On the chat, she said it would be a return, but in the end they issued me a store credit. I was able to resolve the matter with their returns department after several emails, but just a heads up, if you buy from Lulus, just make sure you return any unwanted items ASAP!
