  We didn't know such fabulous customer assistance existed any more. Catherine met us as soon as we entered the building, and stayed with us for about an hour, marking down the names of potential purchases, and then leading us back to them after we were finished, so we could continue to narrow down our selection. Have never had anyone do that before, but were so grateful, realizing what a time saver that would be. She was also very knowledgeable about each item which was very helpful in our making a decision. And she never once pushed us to make a sale. After thinking about it for a week, we returned today and purchased a recliner sofa.... the most comfortable couch we've ever sat on! We plan to purchase a couple of recliners later this year, as our current La-Z-Boy recliners are about 20 years old. Good to know that Catherine has a record of which ones we will be considering, so it shouldn't take long at all to pick them out. We are so grateful for her helpful guidance and patience throughout the selection process which made for a very pleasant experience.

  I had a very good experience with Lazy Boy today. They are helpful, friendly and patient. I chose to get a Lazy Boy couch because their couches are MADE IN AMERICA!! And that makes me happy. Also I love that they give you a couple of years to pay off your couch INTREST FREE! And there are tons of options on fabric and colors! Can’t go wrong with Lazy Boy!
