  Terrible! I don’t advise purchasing anything from here. Bought an expensive fishing pole which broke the first time with normal use. They won’t offer any sort of return or exchange. Looking at other online reviews I see we are not the first people to have this complaint. Seems like a bad idea to have such poor customer service at a time when brick and mortar stores are facing such stiff competition from online retailers. Won’t ever purchase anything from this store again.
