  Lots of costumes, extremely rude and bossy. The lady clearly has some major control issues. She told me to sit 3 times on a dirty little love seat while I waited to be helped. I preferred to stand she wasn't too happy about that. She was pretty bossy with everyone else that came in after. I understand places get busy and people get stressed. This was beyond busy day stress. Straight up control freak. No need to undermine people and yell demands at them. Not a way I wish to be treated. We left after 20 minutes of waiting around when I couldn't stand to watch her undermine a group of young college kids.
